All we wanted a beach house, so we have put together some money and built a tower of 6 floor with 3 super apartments in Del Perro Beach.
...15 photos are very few to show the tower ... I made a video with more photos.

You need Map Editor by Guadmaz https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor,
If you just want to load maps
F7 -> load -> xml -> alebal_tower
Load the map from Franklin home to have the pool water.
The complete tower is quite heavy. The editor should support 2048 objects, but to the 1800-1900 starts doing strange things ... I do not know why.
So, I decided to create the interiors separately.
You can load:
one by one or alebal_tower_int all together.
There is also the marina. Load alebal_tower_marina.
If you want the SPG version as well then you need Single Player Garage by mlgthatsme https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-garage.
Copy the folder alebal_tower_garage in scripts/SinglePlayerGarage.
Restart the game
