first copy the original updated file / file folder, x64c, x64f, x64h, x64i, x64j, x64k, x64l, x64n, x64u into your "mods" folder,
if you already have it, you don't need to copy it anymore,

Open OpenIV
-for the update folder install to mods> update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday2ng> dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> hollywood 01> hw1 01.rpf> drag and replace
-for x64c: mods> x64c> levels> gta5> INTERIORS> int props> int lev des.rpf> drag and replace [For int_retail.rpf] first open int retail.
Right now INTERIORS, now the same PROPS just enter into their respective folders
-for x64f: mods> x64f> levels> gta5> props> roadside> v signs.rpf> drag and replace
-for x64h: mods> x64h> levels> gta5> INTERIORS> v_int 66.rpf and v int 68.rpf, enter the respective folder according to the folder
Right now INTERIORS, now the same PROPS just enter into their respective folders
-for x64i: mods> x64i> levels> gta5> props> recreation> v coin op.rpf> drag and replace
-for x64j: mods> x64j> levels> gta5> citye> hollywood_01 and indust 02> drag and replace the file in the folder, MUST ACCORD
-for x64k: mods> x64k> levels> gta5> citye> scentral 01> drag and replace the file according to the number and name
-for x64l: mods> x64l> levels> gta5> _cityw> koreatown_01> kt 11.rpf> drag and replace
-To x64n: mods> x64n> levels> gta5> hills> cityhills 01> drag and replace each file in the folder
-for x64p : mods>x64p>levels>gta5>hills>cityhills 03>ch3 03.rpf>drag dan replace
-for x64t : mods>x64t>levels>gta5>hills>country 04>cs4 10.rpf> drag dan replace
-To x64u: mods> x64u> levels> gta5> hills> country 06> drag and replace each file in the folder
