With more and more light, this mod is on the theme of Eurovision 2019.
GUARANTEED LIGHT EFFECT !!!
This mod is to use especially at night
Requirements:
Script Hook V.
Menyoo.
Map Builder.
Installation:
1. Place the "Eurovision1/2/3/4" file your:
Grand Theft Auto V / menyooStuff / Spooner
2. Run "EUROVISION.oiv" by using OpenIV and install it to the mods folder.
4. In games: Open: menyoo > misc options > deactivate
Decreased ped population
Deactivate vehicle population
5. menyoo > object spooner > manage saved files > Eurovision1,2,3 or 4.XML > teleport toreference then load placements
you have the choice between 4 possible theme
Please disable the MSAA
it is recommended to have: NaturalVision Remastered and The Marshmello Character.
