The brave LSPD have arrived at the scene of a Domestic Dispute in an Apartment in Vespucci, that ended with a Woman (Debra) shooting a Man in the head 2 times (Floyd), and an "unknown" assailant stabbing the Woman in full-blown rage (Trevor) to death in Retaliation of the Murder. NOOSE and LSPD are there to Investigate and bring the Killer to Justice, CORONER, EMS, and Fire services are also there to try to resuscitate the Couple, as well as Weazel News to report the Scene.
