INSTALLATION:
1.If you dont have menyoo mod installed then install Menyoo Mod.
(Ref. menyoo mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
scripthookv & menyoo mod installation tutorial: https://youtu.be/j_MTwGw7BWo )
2.Once you've installed Menyoo you'll have a "menyooStuff" folder in your game directory.
3.Copy XML files to you C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
IN THE GAME:
1.Press F8
2.Go to Object Spooner -> Manage Saved Files and select "concert final" from the list.
3.Select Load Placements.
